PS3 and Wii U Pro Controllers don’t currently pair properly, since they use a different pairing method. What is Project Eris? Looks like you're using new Reddit on an old browser.
You should get a new dialogue that says “Pairing successful”. It allows users to add games, mods and ports whilst also including a large array of extra features and quality of life improvements.
