Are you sure you want to remove this review from being featured for targeted profile? a typical day for me was to get all my loads from my shippers ready to start matching them with trucks and to call new prospects daily to get more business and call my trucks with active loads to check up on them then contact all the traffic manegers to keep them updated on how therir freight to let them know that everything was on time and or try to resolve any problems when something went wrong like if a truck broke down or like if a shipment was rejected i would have to get on the phone to get those issues resolved as fast as possible and sometimes i would dispatch owner operators friends of mine to help them out when they needed help. The flexible hours are nice and you get to talk to new people all over the country everyday, The reason landstar has the awful opinions and experiences from their customers is partly due to a lack of accountability from corporate to the agency level agencies can treat their employees and customers however they choose and corporate doesn’t care nor do they get involved I’m surprised any new customers that don’t have an absolute need for their capacity/equipment type even do business with them I’ve never heard so much in my life from customers “I don’t work with your company and never will again” in my life AWFUL.
