They Drew As They Pleased Vol 4: The Hidden Art of Disney's Mid-Century Era (Disney Art Books, Gifts for Disney Lovers) Didier Ghez. Before Ever After: The Lost Lectures of Walt Disney's Animation Studio consists of the manuscripts of the lectures given to the Disney Animators as the studio was transitioning from creating short films (Silly Symphonies) to their first feature film (Snow White). My favorite book is whichever Disney themed book I’m reading to my 4 year old nephew at any given time. I think that I would love to also read (for me) Walt Disney Imagineering: A Behind the Dreams Look at Making Magic Real is one I could really enjoy, thank you for bringing back such great memories. The book not only provides incredible lessons learned from his work creating the Disney training programs, but also stories ranging from the construction of Disneyland to the tough managerial style of Walt Disney. Each time that you open up the book, some new tidbit will jump off the page. I actually haven’t read any of these titles yet but can’t wait to read them now that I know of them!! Just love what you are doing. The artists on this film were simply amazing. We are in the process of cleaning up some of the old pages on the site and will be removing quite a few of those references. This extra size gives much more room to feature artwork and written content explaining how the production art was pieced together. You’ll also find environment paintings and quality storyboard work fleshing out the storyline.

My favorite is Dixie Landings. This fascinating story could be the most unique back story to any Disneyland attraction because Walt Disney passed away and left no heir apparent for who would be the leader making the final decisions on the project. I rotate where I stay every year. The book tells incredible stories from strong females that helped to revolutionize animation film making. So, we’ve been stocking up on Disney art books.

Disney Parks Presents: Jungle Cruise: Animals!

Watch out if you don't want to have any of the secrets of the park divulged. I know, Hard to believe!! And with this artbook clocking in at 250+ pages you couldn’t possibly ask for any more rare archival content from Disney’s golden era. One of my favorite coffee table books is The Art of the Disney Princess, absolutely love all the different views and styles of such classic tales.

I misplaced my CD copy of Illuminations. Read online or download Art eBooks for free. I love that I get to use my BA in Special Education to homeschool my kids and offer more valuable parenting tips to my readers. The Jungle Book. I don’t actually have a single favorite!

The book follows Kevin's journey from dish room attendant at Disneyland to his current position as a creative executive designing some of Disney's most impressive attractions. It’s certainly a fantastic art book by all means.
