Started creating dukes but when founded empire of India the spam from dukes asking for land for their sons was several times a year again.

Don't expand too fast, milk big tributary neighbours and improve your demesne with a lot of universites and cities. Unruly vassals (especially landed brothers and sons) were a major source of conflict for european rulers in the early and high middle ages. Think about how much time the early HREmperors spent just beating up the various stemduchies again and again. Well, mainly my objective is to stay within my vassal limit. If any single vassal gets strong enough to challenge your power, you're at constant risk of rebellion. I remember one campaign where I spend an hour after loading a game making the AI follow internal nation borders that I designated because AI kingdoms within my borders ended up having provinces the other side of Europe triggering my border gore response.
